Terms of service
Vessark is provided to customers under an annual subscription agreement. You may use the platform and its APIs for your organisation's internal operations. You may not resell access, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to violate applicable law.
The hosted evaluation endpoints on vessark.com are provided as-is for integration testing, without warranty or service-level commitment. Production service levels are defined in your subscription agreement.
Privacy
Vessark processes customer records, messages, and billing data on behalf of our customers, who remain the controllers of that data. We do not sell data, and we retain it only as long as your agreement specifies. Enterprise customers may run Vessark entirely within their own network, in which case no operational data reaches us at all.
